What a waste of time, I'd suggest anyone who wants to use .uk, don't. uk are a company that can not make my frames in 10 days despite stating on their website its 5 days, but they can un-box and dismantle 4 frames in 17 minutes, unbelievable. 17 mins later I requested a Monday delivery as I wanted the frames for my office after the exhibition only to be told the boxes had been opened, the frames dismantled and they would now have to order more frames in to remake my order. I requested a pre 10am delivery for Saturday or a refund, I get told no chance of a pre 10am Saturday delivery but they would refund, no chance of making my exhibition on Saturday now. This time I get a reply on Friday telling me that Yodal didn't collect. Come Thursday, nothing, no delivery, no emails so once again I chase. OK, these things happen, it would have been nice to have been told, but at least I would still have time to frame my pictures ready for an exhibition on Saturday 11th August. Day 6 I emailed for an update and get told due to staff illness my frames would be Wed/Thurs the following week. 5 days came and went, nothing, no frames, no emails telling me there was a delay and no dispatch notification. I ordered 4 frames on Monday 30th July on a 5 day turnaround and next day delivery, the order was for £266 as 2 of the frames were pretty large. ![]() I have requested refund if they cannot fulfill the order but they are not replying back at all, so not sure whether to trust this company at all.they do not take calls even though a phone number is provided so you have no choice but to fill in the online query form to which they do not respond.still waiting for a response as I write this.ĭO NOT USE - No delivery, excuse after unbelievable excuse. They promise a 3-4 days turnaround for canvas orders but it is nearly 3 weeks and they have taken the money but not responding to the items ordered for Christmas gifts.very bad service and not reliable at all. They are not responding to any of my emails that I sent to them along with a screen shot from their website. I have tried sending emails to explain that only 1 item from order 1 was dispatched and order 2 for 6 items is still showing as order received on their website and no action has been taken yet. I have sent 3 requests so far querying about the other order and received a reply only once to say it has been dispatched. Although the order was placed as one order they split the orders in 2 seperate orders. I placed an order on 27th November and paid a big price for 7 items for which a confirmation was sent straight away. ![]() I am very disappointed with the customer service provided by this company.
